Burt McGillivray
Burt is a key advisor to Forest Hill, investing in FHP transactions, working with the partners of FHP on raising additional capital and helping with ongoing portfolio management. Burt is the President of Cloquet Capital Partners LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on high-growth companies led by exceptional management teams. Cloquet's primary investment focus is on middle market management buyouts and special situations. Burt has spent over 20 years as a private equity investor, previously with Continental Illinois Venture Corp, Carlisle Enterprises, LLC, and First Chicago Equity Capital (subsequently One Equity Partners). Burt is currently a director of uReach Technologies, Inc., Prominence Networks, Visionael Corporation, eStara, Inc., Corente, Inc., 3TP Imaging Sciences, NSW Automotive LLC, Micromatic LLC and Napoleon Stone, each of which is a Cloquet Capital investment. Burt holds an AB degree in Economics from Harvard College (1979) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (1984).

Greg Walker
Greg is a key advisor to Forest Hill, with more then 18 years of experience in the capital markets, including private equity, money management and debt markets.  He recently retired from a leading Greenwich based money management firm where he developed the firms principal finance activities growing assets to $3.0 billion over a four year period.  Prior to this role he was employed at Wells Fargo Bank, NA in a corporate lending function.  During his career he successfully structured the capital and closed over twenty-five corporate divestitures (acting as principal in three).  Today he is focused on investing his own capital and co-investing with others.  Greg holds a degree in Finance from the Bernard Buruch College in New York and has been an invited speaker at several leading conferences including The Turn-Around- Management Association, The Commercial Finance Association, Jefferies High Yield Credit Conference, and several Capital Round Tables.
